Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Alaska in Florida HVAC Contractor ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

Services and Estimates

Estimates provided are valid for 30 days. The $69 service call fee is waived only upon acceptance of the provided estimate for repair or replacement services.

Warranties

New installations are backed by a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty and our 1-year labor warranty. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from acts of nature, improper maintenance by the homeowner, or unauthorized repairs.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Alaska in Florida HVAC Contractor and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
